Consumers continue to prefer different payment forms, depending upon the type of purchase.

Security remains an important factor to consumers.

Mobile payments are growing, and are expected to continue to do so.

Rewards continue to be a powerful incentive, and were once again ranked as the most attractive card feature on consumers’ most preferred credit cards.

Mobile add-on services and the use of digitalcommunication methods also scored high marks in this year’s study.

Consumers are very open to receiving offers
and promotions.
