By using EF’s services, such as the EcommerceWiki and Ecommerce Benchmark, you will leave certain information with EF, such as personal data. We collect this and solely use the information that you have entered directly or of which it is clear upon registration that it has been provided to EF for processing. Company details do not fall under the Data Protection Act, but an employee’s email address or name do.
EF offers a newsletter with which it informs interested parties about the most important ecommerce reports worldwide. Your email address will be automatically added to the subscription list when you register for EF’s services, such as the EcommerceWiki and Ecommerce Benchmark. Every newsletter will contain a link through which you can unsubscribe from it.
If you complete a contact form on an EF website or send an email to EF, your contact details will be stored for as long as necessary for completely answering and/or dealing with your question or email.
