Right for online retailers
The Händlerbund study on the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) came to the frightening conclusion that about three-quarters of the surveyed dealers (72 percent) would call themselves DSGVO as unsuspecting or beginners with little knowledge. In order to change this and to make the online retailers fit for legal matters, a workshop will be held on February 01, 2018 focusing on the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and warnings. Amongst others, the most frequent mistakes from the legal point of view in the online shop are discussed. Afterwards, lawyer Martin Hahn talks about the EU data protection regulation, which comes into force in 2018, and explains what will change for online retailers. After a short break, the issue of warnings is envisaged. In doing so, we explain how to protect oneself from them and how to best deal with them. Since theory is not everything, however, quick checks are carried out in the conclusion to the lectures, in which the own online shop is examined within 15 to 20 minutes legally. Take the chance and get ready for 2018. Tickets for the workshop are limited to a maximum of 12 people, so that the speakers can respond to each participant individually.
